It might be wired differently for Skyward Sword, in the way it registers stuff? There was a lot more showing off the sword controls, so I'd be doing sword thrusts, horizontal slashes, etc, and it frequently wouldn't register. VERY annoying in battles where your aim is important for being able to actually hit the enemies.
I guess I'll pity you! It's good-- you should when you get the chance-- but it's not as good as Twilight Princess overall! It has a kind of generic-to-bad beginning and end, with a good solid middle that's a lot of fun to play.
