LOL that line. The cross dressing scene was actually supposed to be the main scene. (It is a gift for someone who likes crossdressers, so...) My original idea was "crossdressing Tomoe proposes to Kotetsu".
...well in the end I liked my other scenes too much and thought it was dragging too much and some ideas had to be cut.
